Who is eligible?
Individuals and families (with certain exceptions) are welcome to apply. You
aren't required to be enrolled in a HealthPartners medical plan, but you must carry medical insurance. Plans are available in Minnesota.
Orthodontic discount
Personal dental members get a 20% discount on orthodontic services
at Orthodontic Care Specialists, regardless of age. With average orthodontic bills running about $5,000, you could save $1,000 or more.
