You create your own user name and password the first time you register for your personal page. Once you're registered, use your user name and password to log on and view your account information. Be sure to write down your user name and password so you don't forget it, and keep it in a safe place.
Enter your user name, last name, and date of birth in the appropriate fields, and click Continue.
Enter the correct answer to your Security Question and click Continue.
Create and confirm your new password, and click Continue.

Enter the following information in the appropriate fields:
Social security number (or 12-digit Employee ID for Hennepin Country employees)
First and last name
Date of birth
Click Continue.
My user name and password don't work

Verify that you have completed all required fields. Red text and error messages will help you identify where the problem lies. Correct the appropriate information and resubmit the form.
Make sure that you follow these rules for user names and passwords: Your user name and password must be at least 8 characters and cannot be identical. Passwords are case sensitive.
